Eagle Hawk-eye....

In all the new life we have experienced this week with the chicks, today we had to experience some death. Eagle Hawk-eye died today. I am not sure how, but I think she had the same sickness as Amelia.

She is buried with Charles and Amelia.

Wow, Eagle Hawk-eye...

Eagle Hawk-eye is one of the chickens we adopted. She doesn't like being around people, or at least around us. However, today she stayed in the coop when I came in. I had the oppurtunity to take a few pictures. Here they are! A trip to the feed....

This is one of J.K. She just felt like posing...

The new chickens; Rediscovered

I have not been taking very many pictures of the new chickens recently, so I thought I would go out into the coop and take some. The problem with taking pictures of the new chickens is that they are always moving so fast. It is hard to get a picture where they are not a blur. Here is a picture of Eagle Hawk-Eye. It isn't the best, but I did catch her as she was rounding a tree.
