You may have thought that the chickens were our only pets. We actually have another pet that is a friend of the chickens (or else she wouldn't be on this blog), a cat named Shadow. Here is a few pictures of her with the chickens.
This is when the coop was under construction. Shadow was with us from the beginning!
When they were chicks Shadow showed particular interest in the chickens.

How did Shadow get her name? She is a beautiful cat! I would love to see more pictures of Shadow!
Shadow IS very cute. How come she liked the chickens when they were chicks, but not when they were full grown???? Strange.......
