If any of you are considering getting chicks, now is the time! The next three months are chick season! If you are contemplating getting chickens, first thing to do is check your city or town ordinance, to see if your city or town allows raising chickens. They aren't as hard to manage as you would think. Quite as easy, but different, as keeping a cat or dog.
